You can choose between 2 types of courses:
Cooking class Basic
Pasta, condiments and dessert. You prepare the handmade pasta (2 types tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi, pici and prepare the seasonings suitable with the chef and a typical Italian dessert.
Cooking Class Premium
Antipasto, pasta, condiments, second course with side dish and dessert. With Patrizia we prepare the pasta by hand and the dessert, while with Chef Francesco we make sauces and the second with side dish and appetizer.
Dinner is organized with the preparation and with possible additions to the menu.
